Whether you're dropping the phone off in person or posting it in, the process is straightforward and clearly communicated at every stage.

Submit a repair request
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page with your name, contact details, phone model, and a description of the screen damage. Photos help if the damage is visible — attach them if you can.

Receive a confirmed quote
I'll get back to you by email — usually within one working day — with a confirmed price for the repair. There's no obligation at this stage, and I won't start any work until you've agreed to proceed.

Drop off locally or post it in
If you're in Hastings, Rye, or Eastbourne, you can drop the phone off in person and collect it once it's done. If you're further away, send it via tracked post in a padded envelope. I'll repair the screen, test it fully, and return it — or contact you when it's ready for collection.
All repairs come with a 60-day warranty.
Every screen replacement comes with a 60-day warranty as standard. If the same fault returns within 60 days — screen failure, touch issues, or anything related to the repair — I'll look at it again at no charge. The warranty applies whether you've dropped the phone off in Hastings, Rye, or Eastbourne, or sent it in from further afield.
I also operate a no-fix-no-fee policy: if I assess your phone and find that the screen can't be replaced or the repair isn't viable, you won't be charged for the time spent diagnosing it.
